NDP - I wanna go home : (

When I was back in Singapore, National day meant that I Would be at home, either having a party, celebrating Sarah's birthday, but I would hardly watch the national parade. However, this year, I'm actually very patriotic and I went to watch the Parade at Murdoch University.

But before that, I met up with Janesa and Audrey and together with annie, we went to sit the Train all the way to the city because, 1: I have never been to the city, 2: I've never taken the train. So I was super excited. I wish mummy was there to share the experience, cause she wanted to go to the city so much!

We were late, and I was suppose to meet Winnie so we can watch the NDP together, and I met her friends and all and it was off to the lecture auditorium to see the National day parade! I was so scared I was going to cry man :( I miss Singapore so much!

I was tearing when we were singing, WE ARE SINGAPORE, WE ARE SINGAPORE, WE WILL STAND TOGETHER, HEAR THE LION ROAR... WE ARE SINGAPORE, SINGAPOREANSSS! and the Esplanade was there, the fireworks (and I love fireworks).

Singapore, happy birthday. I still miss you all the same, even though I've been here for 17 days.

Tues: 1330 - 1630 (SCREEN TEXT LECTURE)
Weds: 1030 - 1330 (WORLD CINEMA LECTURE AND TUT)
Thurs: 0930 - 1230 (DESIGN)
1130 - 1300 (SCREEN TEXT TUT)

Mummy has left, I'm alone : (

Mummy has left today, at 3.30pm. It's really hard knowing that mummy is not going to be around me 24-7, and she's so far away right now. I just saw her on web cam, when she was at home and I really feel so lost. From two toothbrushes, to one. From constant hot milo at random times, to nothing. From 2, hogging the lap top, to just me blogging right now. It's a change.

Anyway, We went to Carousel to walk around, because it was late night shopping. So we walked around, and we were craving for pie! :) So Annie suggested Jesters!

After that, I went back home to cry. :( I was really sad that mummy's gone. I really cannot believe she's not around me anymore, to nag at me, play solitare on my laptop, laugh with me, sit beside me in my car, and talk to me. Mummy, I miss you so much : (

After sending mummy home, I sat around and I waited for 530 to come, so I can head over to OCF (Overseas Christian Fellowship) Janesa invited me so I went! It was really interesting!

We were playing seaweed game! haha.

I walked Audrey back to the student village, and I checked out the place! It was really quite interesting and it seems so cosy!

Well, from today onwards, I have to be strong. No one is gonna be here for me now, I've to buck up, make friends and be happy.

Tomorrow is national day, I miss Singapore already. And its Sarah's birthday! : ) I miss everyone back home. : ( as for now, especially my loving and hip cool mummy. :( I miss you so much! : ( : (

First day of school

Well, today is my first day of school and the ratio of Caucasians to Asians, is really 5:1 man. OMG. I feel so weird! haha. Generally the lecture was fairly interesting, it was a little hard trying to get the accent, but after a while, I got used to it. Screen Text lecture includes like, an hour of film for you to watch and all. So basically this lecture includes free movies! wheee! Which Singaporean doesnt like free stuff now. Hahaha. :)

At first, I wanted to sleep and snore through the movie, but it got interesting when I viewed it from a student's point of view. I am still trying to figure out, at that era, how did they manage to film something like this!? ... fascinating.

After school, I drove home and I cooked a little bit, like scrambled eggs and cheese. OMG I love it please. :) Mummy and I waited for Annie and Wei Jie, before we all headed out for dinner at North Bridge.
